Meet Chef Brad – he is America’s Leading Authority on cooking and the use of grains. It is no accident he is know as America’s Grain Guy. He has a BYUtv show called Fusion Grain Cooking. His wonder mix is a miracle. For those of you who are gluten free, or just need to watch your flour intake, I am so impressed he came up with this recipe and it can be used in place of flour. Years ago I was very sick, and tried for a year experimenting with different flours and NONE of them worked like this flour does. I wish I had known about Chef Brad years ago! I have had the privilege of performing with him during BYU Education Week the past 4 years and it has been a hoot singing in his class while he creates amazing food!
