During the month of November because of Thanksgiving a lot of people focus on Gratitude. Time and again I have seen how things work out for people as they focus their energy on thankfulness. This honestly works!

The more you are grateful, the more you have to be grateful for. 

When you start paying attention to what you have, instead of what you do NOT have things begin to change in your life.

Take time every morning to write down 5 things you are grateful for during your prayer time. Practice developing this skill by using your 5 senses.

You will be astounded with the results that begin to take over your life.
