Even if you feel like you have nothing to be grateful for, practice gratitude anyway. You always have air to breathe. That is something to be grateful about.

I have practiced gratitude for many years now. It calms and refreshes my mind. It blesses my life. I use the daily journal to write down what I am thankful for during my quiet time. I’ve kept this journal for years, and so many blessings have come into my life. I hope you will try this and see the results for yourself.
