Gratitude journals work!
Students at the University of California Berkley were in a study about gratitude. They spent over 5 million dollars on this research. The students were asked to keep a journal for 30 days. They had amazing results. Some of the results were, better sleep, less illness, less anxiety, increased self esteem, less depression, and more happiness. This was all based on keeping a gratitude journal. Aren’t these amazing results? I’d love for you to try this.
