  2. 1 Cup water
  3. 5 large leaves of romaine lettuce
  4. 1/2 grapefruit
  1. This is such a zinger! (That's zinger not to be mistaken for singer this time) This bright and cheery smoothy really wakes me up in the morning. The tangy sweetness of this drink is a great way to get me moving. I love the freshness and perkiness of the grapefruit together with honey. It's so simple and takes 2 minutes to make. Pucker up! (Thyme can be added as a garnish.)
