Who doesn’t like lemonade in the summer? It’s time to cool off! Beat the summer heat with this special drink. There’s not much hot weather left this season, so hurry! Drinking water really quenches my thirst, but this is a close second. My lemon trees have fruit on them but they aren’t ripe yet, the last lemon I picked in my yard was back in April. I can’t wait until January! Lemons are amazing. The juice is used in so many recipes and they are a staple in my refrigerator. The lemons I don’t use in the winter I freeze for later use, by squeezing the juice into ice cube trays, and once they are frozen I put them into containers. This recipe is from my sister. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. And of course remember to always make your lemon day a lemonade day instead.
